My friends and I have made a tradition of running on behalf of charities such as the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. This year, we are running to help raise awareness for the Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation at the NYRR Brookyln Half Marathon in Brookyln, NY. The event gave me the opportunity to design for leisure, and I always get a kick out of seeing my designs worn by people.
The phrase “Brookyln, We Go Hard” was popularized in rap songs, and perfectly encapsulates our feelings about staying strong. The logo features the Brooklyn Bridge seen with silhouettes of shoes.
